Find it in the list and choose Pause access, then write a short reason. They can't use the chat until you restore it, and their history stays. Pausing an owner also pauses their team.

Find their row and set Free access to Yes. It saves at once. They can use the AI Service Agent at no charge, along with the team they invite (3 people included). Set it back to No and they would need to subscribe.

Open Enroll someone for free below and fill in their name, company and email. We create the account and email them a link to choose a password. That's all they need.

Free access does not stop a subscription they already have. When you set Yes for someone who is paying, the page asks whether to stop their billing. Say yes and it ends when the period they've already paid for runs out, so they lose nothing.

Give them the owner coupon code (made in Stripe). They subscribe at $0 and extra seats cost nothing. Their row then shows Free access, "100% off (coupon)".

No. Anyone can sign up, subscribe and start chatting straight away. Free access is only for people you choose. Every change is recorded in the Expert AI Knowledge Updates tab. Making someone an expert is done with a database command, on purpose: ask your developer.
